Shipping policy

All shipping times are estimated.  Once the package has left our facility, issues outside of our control may affect when and how your item gets delivered to you.  

Please note: Shipping of any chocolate items during the months of May, June, July, August, September may result in the product melting.  Honey & Herb Creations WILL NOT guarantee any shipping containing chocolate products.

Warm Weather Shipping Warning

Honey & Herb Creations does NOT recommend shipping chocolate products during the months of May through to September. If you must have chocolate shipped we recommends purchasing COLD PACKS for your order - and also choosing the fastest method of shipping possible.  If you are ordering chocolates from May to September, due to fluctuations in temperature during shipping, your product may arrive partially melted or with a cloudy appearance to it, this cloudy appearance is called chocolate bloom and although it affects the appearance of the chocolate, it does not affect the taste,

Honey & Herb Creations CANNOT guarantee the prevention of melting chocolate products, no matter the month, current temperature, and/or method of shipping, purchase at your own risk.

Cold packs are sold in groups of two.
