If you must have chocolate shipped we recommends purchasing COLD PACKS for your order - and also choosing the fastest method of shipping possible.  If you are ordering chocolates from May to September, due to fluctuations in temperature during shipping, your product may arrive partially melted or with a cloudy appearance to it, this cloudy appearance is called chocolate bloom and although it affects the appearance of the chocolate, it does not affect the taste,
